Digital Marketing & Brand Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing & Brand Design Specialist to join our team. This role combines digital marketing execution with brand design ownership, ensuring every campaign and creative asset is delivered on time, on brand, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Newsletters & Campaigns
    • Deliver high-quality newsletters per month.
    • Build and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages.
    • Report on performance (open rate, CTR, subscriber growth).
  • Content & Social Execution
    • Create and publish social posts per month.
    • Collaborate with the video editor on video posts.
    • Write, format, and publish a blog each month to the website.
    • Produce case studies each month with the input of the delivery team.
  • Lead Operations
    • Import leads from Predictive Index three times per week.
    • Research ICP fit of all leads and provide lead scoring & notes for the BDM.
  • Brand & Design
    • Deliver creative assets per month (ads, carousels, slide decks, workbooks, PDFs, merchandise, etc.).
    • Maintain a high-quality brand asset library and ensure all visuals are aligned.
    • Create sales enablement collateral (pitch decks, proposals, one-pagers).
  • Reporting & Optimization
    • Submit a monthly marketing performance report covering campaigns, newsletters, leads, social, and YouTube.
    • Recommend ideas for optimization or creative experimentation.
