We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship building.
Job summary: Our company is looking for a professional with strong communication and negotiation skills to build long-term relationships with key accounts. Experience in the printing market and knowledge of digital art design would be an asset.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Utilize graphic or digital art design to increase brand attraction and drive business growth
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and revenue growth
- DEVELOP TRUSTED ADVISOR RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY ACCOUNTS AND CUSTOMER STAKEHOLDERS
- Clearly communicate progress and results to internal and external stakeholders
- FORECAST AND TRACK KEY ACCOUNT METRICS TO DRIVE BUSINESS DECISIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, engineering, or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a digital account manager, brand manager, key account manager, marketing officer, or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs; those who worked in packaging design companies will be an advantage
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and lasting client relationships
