Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify submitted leads to confirm their interest
  • Forward qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads within the system
  • Handle customers' sensitive information with confidentiality and care

  • Stay up-to-date on our client's products and services

Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken) are mandatory. Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing is required. Proficiency in communicating with and following up on leads is essential.

  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)

Prior experience working with luxury brands is an asset.
