\Paid Social Strategist Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and energetic Paid Social Strategist to lead the performance, strategy, growth, and execution of paid social accounts from A-Z. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing, team management, and the ability to drive business results through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute end-to-end performance marketing via paid social platforms, including builds and production with redundancy across channels. Channels include TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn where applicable. Heavier emphasis on TikTok and Meta.
• Lead execution of optimizations concerning performance improvements relative to goals.
• Develop and execute strategic communication internally and externally for clients and client teams, including proactive internal communication and autonomous external communication with clients.
• Demonstrate excellent marketing and business strategy acumen, including a complete understanding of the marketing funnel and how to execute via paid social, as well as a full understanding of the eCommerce model and basic lead gen strategies.
• Own performance reporting and strategy communication, executing performance reporting A-Z with excellent presentation creation capabilities and presenting performance reports and recaps to facilitate strategic conversations with clients.
• Operate as an effective member of the team for both department and account teams, contributing to a constructive and effective work environment in line with our core values and actively participating in the growth and development of junior talent.
