Digital Marketing Professional

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Professional to lead our digital marketing strategy and execute campaigns across all channels.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and own the digital marketing strategy, defining goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Campaign Execution: Design, implement, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Content Creation: Lead the ideation and creation of high-quality content, including blogs, social posts, emails, and video briefs.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, including cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), etc.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong copywriting, creative direction, and content strategy skills.
  • Expert-level experience with HubSpot for CRM, email marketing, pipeline reporting, and lead nurturing.
  • Advanced understanding of analytics platforms, including Google Analytics 4, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A portfolio or case studies demonstrating tangible results achieved.
  • Confidence and potential to manage a small marketing team in future, as part of career growth.

Work Arrangement & Expectations

This is a remote role, set up as an independent contractor engagement.

To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Be available for meetings and collaboration during core hours.
  • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work.
  • Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile, clearly marked as 'Remote Contractor'.
