
Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Appointment Setter. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to prospects, qualifying leads, and effectively communicating our business offering.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales. They must be capable of handling a high call volume with discipline and resilience, well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through, tech-savvy with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs, reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity.
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by establishing positive connections with U.S. based prospects and introducing the company's value proposition. Job Responsibilities:- Make outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists
- Qualify leads and effectively communicate our business offering
- Set up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership
- Track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets
- Refine call scripts and share feedback with the sales team
- Handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent follow-up
- Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales
- Must have experience in B2B calling and appointment setting
- Capable of handling a high call volume with discipline and resilience
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs
- Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce the company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S. based prospects
