Project Manager (Construction)

  We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. As a seasoned professional in this field, you will be responsible for overseeing budgets, subcontractors, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and milestones ensuring timely progress.
  • Manage subcontractors, laborers, and materials to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor and report on project status, addressing risks and issues as they arise.
  • Utilize project management software for task management and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
  • Manage project finances, including estimating, change orders, and project closeout.
Qualifications
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in construction or project management, or equivalent education.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prepare and track project timelines and budgets.
  • Effective communication skills with subcontractors, vendors, and government agencies.
