We are seeking a specialist to configure and customize construction project management software. This role focuses on optimizing software platforms for internal operations, ensuring smooth project execution.

This is a detail-oriented position that requires a strong understanding of construction workflows, including estimating, bidding, scheduling, and subcontracting.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience with construction software setup and configuration, as well as proficiency in Excel and data organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize construction software platforms (e.g., Buildertrend, JobTread)
  • Import and organize vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation
  • Create standardized templates for estimates, budgets, schedules, and reports
  • Build and refine internal workflows aligned with project processes
  • Organize and integrate digital project files within the system
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure software reflects real-world execution

Bonus Skills: SOP creation, automation tools, knowledge of Asana/ClickUp/Trello, basic API or CSV manipulation
