Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse to join our team in Mabalacat, Pampanga. This role is responsible for providing quality nursing care to employees in our corporate clinic.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and compassionate care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Makes referrals to the company Doctor or Dentist as necessary, and assists with hospital confinements from work.
  • Maintains inventory of medicine, clinic supplies, and equipment used at the clinic based on service level agreements.
  • Keeps accurate health records of employees and the clinic.
  • Prepares and submits annual medical reports to government agencies.
  • Performs other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

A. Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferably with BOSH and OHNAP training.

B. Experience: At least 6 months or 1 year experience as a company nurse.

C. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Ability to adapt to turnkey solutions implemented in Clinic Management.
