We are seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to drive growth through outbound prospecting and relationship building.

About the Role:

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and researching prospective clients through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and qualify leads that align with business objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers including oncologists, surgeons, clinic administrators, ASC leaders, and hospital executives.
  • Sales Support: Develop a deep understanding of Ankr's products and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and provide sales insights.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with cold calling customers, health IT sales experience, and exceptional verbal and written English skills.

  • Education & Experience: MBA or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Candidates must have prior experience with lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo.io) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Language Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (US-based clients).
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads with a consultative approach.
  • Soft Skills: Resilient, adaptable, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
