Sales Development Representative Job Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities through market research and analysis. You will build and nurture relationships with prospective clients via cold calling, emails, and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Present company products and services effectively to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or related fields is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Good analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Reliable backup equipment and stable wired internet connection, with a backup option.
  • The primary device should have at least 8 GB of storage or more.
