Exciting Opportunity: Workforce Management Analyst

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee the organization, quality, integrity, and governance of critical alternative investment data within our operational systems.

  • Organize fund documents within operational systems
  • Enrich unstructured data into existing data infrastructures
  • Maintain completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of relevant investment data through validation and control processes
  • Follow best practices for managing investor information to maintain consistency and ensure compliance with internal standards
  • Collaborate across teams to provide insights from alternative investment data across multiple reporting platforms and systems
  • Continuously look for ways to automate and improve existing processes
  • Maintain and share standard operating procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in data management tools, Excel, and other software
  • General understanding of the alternative investment landscape
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to continuously learn new technologies and adapt to new data and systems as industry evolves
  • Able to identify and understand risks associated with data management processes
  • Able to support the team and build relationships across teams
