Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and provide critical support for ambulatory surgical center (ASC) analytics and reporting.

This team member will work directly with senior leadership and partner with Business Intelligence and Central Billing Office teams to lead data-driven operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in analytical and computer skills, as well as the ability to meet strong deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct reproducible analyses synthesizing data from multiple sources that translate into actionable improvements.
  • Help identify trends, patterns, and opportunities as we continue to grow as a company.
  • Collaborate with teams within our RCM structure to leverage data to solve business problems.
  • Evaluate Data Quality, reconcile multiple data sources, and relay results to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Support broader analytics projects by gathering and executing requirements and providing supporting analyses.
  • Develop documentation on new and existing analytics processes and workflows.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree strongly preferred. Areas of study include mathematics, statistics, analytics, healthcare administration, business or related field.
  • Must have at least one year of previous experience in data analytics or accounting, preferably in a healthcare provider setting.
  • Demonstrated experience using SQL, Python, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and PowerBI/Tableau/Data visualization tools is a plus.
