We are seeking a professional to manage our procurement processes. As a key member of the supply chain team, you will be responsible for sourcing and ordering materials, components, and finished goods to meet production and sales demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Procurement team to source furniture materials, components, and products from domestic and international suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and issue purchase orders based on inventory levels, sales forecasts, and production schedules.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors to confirm order status, delivery dates, and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records in the purchase order system and tracking worksheets.
  • Ensure timely delivery of incoming shipments and track their progress.
Requirements
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail are essential skills for this role.
  • A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the furniture or home goods industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
