Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects to deliver strategic objectives and benefits.">
  • Support project implementation to achieve business targets.">
  • Plan projects using Microsoft Project aligned with methodologies.">
  • Perform regular reporting on schedule, budget, scope, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, team, stakeholders, and benefits.">
  • Evaluate project progress and escalate decisions as required for stage gates.">
  • Operate projects in alignment with program management methodologies.">
  • Manage project risks and issues.">
  • Coordinate with the Portfolio Delivery Office to schedule and resource projects.">
  • Manage vendors throughout their lifecycle.">
  • Serve as a resident expert in Project Management.">
  • Perform regular project activities including tracking and intervention.">
  • Ensure project delivery meets time, budget, scope, and quality expectations.">
  • Manage change requests related to scope, schedule, and budget.">
  • Lead a team of Project Analysts handling multiple projects.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.">
  • 5 years relevant experience.">

Preferred Skills:

  • ">
  • Project management skills including budget, benefit, schedule, and team management.">
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.">
  • General Insurance experience is desirable but not essential.">
  • Experience in PM tools and relevant tertiary qualifications.">
  • Broad knowledge of SDLC, project management processes, and project prioritization and scheduling processes and tools.">
