The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and direct the execution of projects from initiation to closure. This involves defining project scope, objectives, tasks, and timelines. In addition, this position is responsible for developing and coordinating project plans, as well as documenting project requirements.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking project progress, while identifying and mitigating risks that may impact project delivery. You will work closely with the project team and operations to ensure timely completion of project deliverables and communicate regularly with clients regarding project status updates.

This role requires a high degree of organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines. You will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Some of the key aspects of this role include:

  • Initiation: Defining project scope, objectives, tasks, and timelines
  • Planning: Developing and coordinating project plans, documenting project requirements
  • Execution and Monitoring: Tracking project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Control: Communicating project status updates, resolving open items or issues
  • Project Closure: Finalizing project deliverables, obtaining client sign-offs
Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in field service, scheduling, or dispatching
  • Experience in all phases of the project management cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure
  • The ability to multi-task or manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Gantt charts, Monday.com, Asana, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
