Global Trade Support Associate

This role requires a detail-oriented professional to manage trade data, execute trades, and maintain financial dashboards. You will work closely with the trading team to ensure seamless execution of trading strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track live trade data and maintain summary statistics per strategy and per pair.
  • Build and update a master financial dashboard for prop firm accounts, payouts, and profits.
  • Monitor strategies at Forex rollover daily.
  • Ensure EAs are active and trades copy correctly to prop accounts.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate trade execution issues immediately.
  • Organize and log backtest results by pair and strategy.
  • Record metrics (win rate, profit factor, drawdown, expectancy).
  • Tag strategies for live testing consideration.
  • Complete KYC and participate in prop firm challenges.
  • Track status of challenges and payouts.
  • Maintain login credentials securely.
  • Follow up on prop firm payouts and support issues.
  • Keep records audit-ready and updated.
  • Join weekly check-ins for updates and planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with AI automation tools or workflow systems
  • Coding experience related to trading algorithm development or system integration
