The role of a Senior M365 Support Engineer requires problem-solving skills to address client incidents and alerts from infrastructure monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved by taking ownership and responsibility for cases in a 24x7 support environment.
  • Monitor queues for incoming alerts and incidents.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure speedy resolution of client issues.
  • Take ownership of escalated cases, managing communication between customers and vendors, and logging time accurately.
  • Participate in post-incident reviews and lessons learned activities.
  • Provide reactive and proactive patching services, including risk assessment, scheduling, and customer change management procedures.
  • Work closely with the Technical Escalation and Service Delivery teams on root cause analysis, escalations, and reports.
  • Manage escalations to vendors.
  • Participate in regular audits to ensure compliance with organizational requirements and standards.
  • Mentor and share knowledge within the team.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Several years of experience in IT, including infrastructure and application support, with knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Premium, Windows Server Admin, Exchange server admin, M365, Teams, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Azure IaaS.
  • Customer focus, understanding different customer environments, and effective communication at various levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Good numeracy skills and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
