Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the management of financial operations, ensuring seamless execution and accuracy in all aspects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general ledger, accounting applications, and financial statements close process.
  • Coordinate with booking units on month-end accruals.
  • Implement a proper SL to GL reconciliation process.
  • Oversee invoice payment and reimbursement processes.
  • Develop and implement finance-related systems set-up and enhancements.
  • Manage tax-related activities for the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of working experience in a related field.
  • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and taxation.
  • Proven track record of managing projects or significant tasks with strict adherence to deadlines and multiple stakeholder touchpoints.
