Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with global organizations, build out their financial operations, and grow with a collaborative and reliable team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accounts payable activities and maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
  • Establish and implement standardized financial workflows, processes, and internal controls to enhance accuracy and compliance.
  • Contribute to month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide detailed budget-to-actual analyses and collaborate with stakeholders to address discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software, as well as knowledge of US GAAP. A CPA certification is also desirable.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
