Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, resolving issues efficiently, and providing excellent customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This position involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information, answering questions about pricing and availability, and collaborating with internal departments to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Provide accurate and knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Enter data into various systems
- Work within US business hours
Requirements:
- Sales experience and comfort level
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- 1-5 years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM software
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively
