Workforce Services Senior Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic workforce services senior manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional workforce solutions. With 12 years of overall experience and at least 5 years in leadership capacity, this individual will possess a well-rounded understanding of all workforce management aspects, including real-time analytics, forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall cost structure and budget for WFM account payables and QA.
  • Support Command Center leads in sales and RFP responses, and assist in developing sales materials, quotes, demos, and tours.
  • Pursue opportunities to expand the WFM account payables and QA service offering into additional contracts.
  • Demonstrate expertise in driving down cost to serve and expanding the shared services model.
  • Drive industrialization of Business Service Transformation across all contracts.
  • Increase automation, standardization, and off-shoring strategy for WFM account payables and QA.
  • Provide direction to the WFM team on cost to serve initiatives.
  • Lead operational maturity across all WFM account payables and QA groups.
  • Ensure cross-geography status or functional reporting for WFM account payables and QA.
  • Drive innovation between all WFM account payables and QA groups.
  • Maintain the Standard Delivery Solution.

Requirements:

  • 12 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in leadership capacity (BPO or non-BPO).
  • Well-rounded understanding of all WFM aspects, including RTA, forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning.
  • Ability to create forecasts, schedules, and capacity plans manually and using tools.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, financials, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
