About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planner to join our team at Nityo Infotech. As a Workforce Planner, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing complex data trends to forecast business needs.

You will present your findings to support operational planning and decision-making, develop business solutions through data analysis, and report on key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and review complex data trends to forecast business needs
  • Present findings to support operational planning and decision-making
  • Develop business solutions through data analysis and process research
  • Report on operational metrics including volume, handle time, attrition, and SLA/turnaround time
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Capacity Planning/Forecasting and 2 years in Scheduling
  • 4+ years of Workforce Management (WFM) experience in Call Centers/Back Office operations
  • 3+ years of experience in long-range planning, financial modeling, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:

A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred, as well as experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with WFM software.
