University Outreach Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and persistent professional to support the launch of a platform dedicated to helping students with celiac disease navigate college dining and campus living. This role involves identifying and connecting with campus dining professionals across U.S. colleges and universities to schedule video interviews and gather critical information about gluten-free accommodations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication
  • Professional Phone Presence and Confidence in Cold Calling
  • Ability to Quickly Build Rapport with University Staff
  • Strong Email Writing Skills with Attention to Detail
  • Experience with CRM Systems and Google Sheets
  • Comfortable with Video Conferencing Platforms (Zoom, Meet, etc.)
  • Basic Internet Research Skills
  • Email Management and Calendar Coordination
