This role involves providing financial support to a growing organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and play a key part in month-end closing, financial reporting, and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Close the books monthly and generate comprehensive financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Process invoices and manage payment reconciliations using QuickBooks
  • Provide detailed transaction information to support the CFO with SEC filings and audits
  • Create internal tickets for account managers regarding payment issues
  • Post received payments and handle daily bookkeeping tasks efficiently
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Senior-level accountant with Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and other financial software
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with the CFO and auditors
