Support Associate

The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative support, manage correspondence, and handle various tasks. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communication and Delegation
Manage client inboxes, including sorting through emails, clearing junk, and responding to enquiries as needed. Delegate tasks to relevant team members and ensure follow-up on key activities.
2. Social Media and Customer Engagement
Monitor and respond to social media enquiries and emails promptly. Engage with potential clients and partners through professional and courteous communication.
3. Data Management
Handle Excel-based data entry and management, specifically for franchise data. Compile monthly reports based on the collected data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
4. Sample Order Management
Process and track sample orders, ensuring they are handled efficiently from request to delivery.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in managing email and social media enquiries. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
