Financial Analysis Role Overview

The European Finance team is responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business cases submitted by initiative owners to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with initiative owners on actuals tracking, KPI/milestone tracking, and forecasting/budgeting.
  • Support initiative owners in identifying and addressing risks, and recommending plans to build gaps.
  • Develop and maintain reporting around variance analysis on a monthly or weekly basis.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial information quality, efficiency, and value through tools like Wave, operational efficiencies, and automation.
  • Support all integration financial aspects and ad-hoc activities as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in financial analysis, accounting, or similar field.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in financial analysis, accounting, management consulting, or similar field.
