Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst. This role will involve supporting cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements.

The ideal candidate will work closely with departments like finance, sales, HR, and IT to ensure data accuracy, streamline operations, and uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR), ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.
  • Working closely with team members to make sure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
  • Classifying and maintaining documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
  • Supporting data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
  • Helping to enforce process and quality standards across teams.
  • Taking ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.
  • Contributing to ongoing projects and process improvements; responsibilities will evolve regularly in a fast-growing company.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field.
  • Atleast 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
  • A 'can-do' mindset, with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Familiarity with or curiosity about AI-powered tools for automation and efficiency is a nice-to-have.
  • Interest in operational efficiency and process optimization is an advantage.
