Senior Financial Planning Analyst

This role involves leading initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn financial data into strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and analyses to inform key initiatives.
  • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into broader business strategies.
  • Support scenario planning and long-term financial modeling efforts to inform strategic decisions.

You'll serve as a mentor and coach to junior analysts, sharing your expertise and experience to elevate their skills and confidence.
