Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Afterhours Care Coordinator to support seamless operations and patient care coverage outside of standard business hours.

Role Overview

This role is critical for managing urgent requests, schedule adjustments, and escalations that occur after hours.

  • Manage urgent matters, schedule changes, and escalations that require prompt attention.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure consistent coverage and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients and nurses during evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Monitor communication channels and respond promptly to calls, messages, and emails.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in Customer Care, Call Centre, Scheduling, or Workforce Coordination.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
