Job Title: Resource Coordinator

Role Overview:

In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing the utilization of engineers within our support department, ensuring that scheduling and coordination of work are effectively managed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling Engineering Calendars: Coordinate the scheduling of engineering calendars and tickets across multiple time zones to ensure seamless support coverage.
  • Resource Coordination: Oversee the allocation and management of IT resources to drive task completion and efficient resource utilization.
  • Scheduling Coordination: Facilitate scheduling of work with internal resources and client contacts to meet business objectives.
  • Ticket Management: Schedule internal and onsite technical resources in our ticketing system (ConnectWise Manage) to streamline support operations.
  • Prioritization and Assignment: Evaluate, prioritize, and assign IT support requests, following up as needed to ensure timely completion.
  • Service Coverage: Monitor service personnel schedules to prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure comprehensive support coverage.
  • Resource Scheduling: Continuously monitor resource schedules to guarantee prompt service delivery and accurate time entry on service requests.
