About the Role

This role is part of our Operational Excellence team, responsible for optimizing tools, systems, and workflows that drive our operations.

As a tech-savvy Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be at the heart of this effort, ensuring our tools evolve with the business, automations free up time for high-value work, and data empowers informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize internal tools and user enablement
  • Improve processes and workflows
  • Generate insights through data and reporting
  • Support change and project execution
  • Ensure compliance and continuous improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement, and automation
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring collaboration and process tools like Jira, Confluence, HubSpot
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
