We are seeking an exceptional Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive business success through strategic email campaigns. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, data-driven email communications that drive customer action and revenue growth.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with our brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Design and optimize advanced automation flows and customer segmentation strategies to enhance Welcome and Abandon Cart flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, create, and schedule all marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Continuously test and experiment with subject lines, CTAs, visuals, layout, and other campaign elements to maximize performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on all key email and CRM metrics, using insights to refine future strategies and drive business growth.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with our brand voice and aesthetic.

  • Track, analyze, and report on all key email and CRM metrics, using insights to refine future strategies and drive business growth.

A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of digital customer behavior and how to drive action through comms, as well as strong technical CRM skills, segmentation, tagging, APIs, integrations, and product feeds.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance-based email marketing, preferably in eCommerce.
  • Skilled in copywriting and creating messages that convert.
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo or Netcore (strongly preferred).
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.
