We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage store operations effectively.

  • Responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets
  • Plan and implement visual merchandising displays and product arrangements
  • Ensure smooth daily store operations, including inventory management and customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Recruit, train, coach and discipline employees, as well as monitor job responsibilities

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to:

  • Provide constructive guidance to team members on effective operations
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Manage store finances, including daily bank-ins and petty cash
  • Report sales, new staff hiring, assignments and other key metrics to HQ
