Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the operational and organizational standards of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of staff and personnel to ensure effective control, supervision, and high service standards.
  • Ensure maximum satisfaction from guests and handle complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality Management or equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years experience in handling one branch or establishment.
  • Adept in preparing duty and time schedules for personnel.
  • Knowledgeable in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and computer-generated reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
