As a key member of the supply chain team, you will be responsible for driving strategic inventory planning and optimization across client accounts.

  • Inventory Planning: Lead demand forecasting and replenishment planning using sales trends and historical data to ensure accurate stock levels that align with sales forecasts and supply capabilities.
  • Inventory Analysis: Analyze inventory health (e.g., critical levels, overstock, out-of-stock risks) across SKUs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align inventory planning with marketing campaigns, promotions, and client seasonality through effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for inventory KPIs to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in inventory planning or demand forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with e-commerce and/or 3PL operations is a plus.
