Job Title: Procurement Specialist

  • This role involves collaborating with the supply chain team to source materials, order products and track shipments to meet production and sales demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing high-quality materials from domestic and international suppliers.
  • Preparing purchase orders based on inventory levels and production schedules.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams regarding order status and supply chain issues.
  • Evaluating vendor quotes, samples, and product specifications.
  • Maintaining supplier relationships and evaluating vendor performance.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of purchasing experience preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
