We are seeking an experienced Professional to support our global employee population. This role will be part of our Global People Operations team, handling front-line and back-office HR operations, ensuring high-quality execution of core processes and delivering a responsive, employee-centered experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process various transactions related to the employee lifecycle, including new hires, job changes, and terminations.
  • Provide initial support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools.
  • Coordinate onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for US employees.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.
  • Support reporting needs related to HR metrics.
  • Contribute to maintaining process documentation and driving consistency across global operations.

The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and a proven track record in People Operations with a global organization. They should possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and be able to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.

Requirements
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and data management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
