Senior Operations Director

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. Your goal will be to develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to achieve effective returns on assets.

• Plan and organize production operations to meet customer demands and exceed their expectations
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions as necessary to maintain quality and productivity standards
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping

• At least 5 years of experience in running office furniture, joineries, loose furniture production, planning, and control
• Knowledgeable in operating and maintaining CNC machines for wood
• Vast experience in planning, production, and control
• Excellent managerial and leadership experience
• Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
