Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist is to manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. As part of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating various hiring activities, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with HR/Recruitment Department on all hiring activities.
  • Manage candidate communication, responding promptly and professionally to recruitment-related emails and inquiries.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements across multiple online platforms.
  • Conduct initial resume screenings and perform initial interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and maintain calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
  • Initiate and process background checks for shortlisted candidates.
  • Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating onboarding tasks.
  • Handle and organize all recruitment records and paperwork.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field.
  • At least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role.
  • Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
  • Preferably has experience recruiting for a virtual assistant role in the e-commerce industry.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and high demand for recruitment requests.
