We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation and Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our Legal Department at Iloilo.

Job Summary:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for case build-up for criminal and civil cases, supporting the Litigation and Dispute Supervisor in facilitating and pursuing all criminal and civil cases.

LBF is engaged in integrated social services, with a focus on breaking the chains of poverty in the Philippines.

We have two pillar programs: The Ikabuhi Microfinance Program (IMP) for financial services and the Sustainable Development Program (SDP) for social services.

About the Role:

The Litigation and Dispute Resolution Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Criminal and civil case build-up
  • Supporting the Litigation and Dispute Supervisor in facilitating and pursuing all criminal and civil cases

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts or any related field
  • Good to outstanding performance records in paralegal work or related functions

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The probationary period salary is approximately Php 513 per working day
  • All legislatively mandated benefits, including SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, and 13th Month pay
  • 22 company benefits, including health insurance, paid training, educational assistance program, life insurance, meal allowance, clothing allowance, business travel allowance, loans, and staff fellowship
