We are seeking a Dispute Resolution Specialist for our Legal Department at LifeBank Microfinance Foundation, Inc.

Job Summary:

  • The Dispute Resolution Specialist will be responsible for building cases for criminal and civil disputes and supporting the Litigation and Dispute Supervisor in facilitating and pursuing all criminal and civil cases for LifeBank Microfinance Foundation, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case build-up for criminal and civil cases
  • Supporting the Litigation and Dispute Supervisor in case management
  • Pursuing all criminal and civil cases

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts or any related field
  • Good to outstanding performance records in paralegal work or related functions

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is PHP 50,000 - 70,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive:

  • All legislatively mandated benefits, such as SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF
  • A probationary period with a daily rate of PHP 513.00
  • 22 company benefits, including health insurance, paid training, educational assistance, life insurance, meal allowance, clothing allowance, business travel allowance, loans, salary increase, and staff fellowship
