The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Collection Officer to join our team in Santa Rosa, Laguna. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting delinquent customers to discuss their account status, informing and assessing customer stories, and suggesting beneficial solutions. You will also follow up on repayment promises and identify uncooperative customers for escalation to our Legal team.

The Ideal Candidate

As a successful Collection Officer at BillEase, you will possess:

• A valid driving license and own a motorcycle for frequent travel in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
• Field collection experience, with a strong understanding of collection procedures and techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve disputes.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications relevant to the role.
