**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries via various channels (inbound calls, email)
- Provide proactive and personalized support to resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues

**Requirements:**
- 6 months BPO experience or equivalent
- High School Diploma or SHS graduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work onsite

**Estimated Salary Range: P150,000 - P200,000 per annum
