Job Overview

This is a complex and challenging role that involves supporting clients with the integration of our products. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, identifying areas for improvement, and increasing client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong analytical skills and be able to troubleshoot technical issues.

This role requires a high level of technical knowledge, including experience with web architecture and intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing enterprise-level clients and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. They will also have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and tactical client services to complex and high-touch clients.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into strategic solutions and recommendations.
  • Presentation and facilitation of large group meetings for clients regarding our product suite.
  • Technical assistance and troubleshooting during implementation and deployment of our technology products.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to scope, prioritize, and manage customer requests.
  • Demonstrate successful client communication based on prior work experiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in software technical support, account management, or a technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debuggers such as Firebug.
  • Understanding of technical documentation, including product specs and API integrations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
