Job Overview

At Cellexia, we are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee our brand's digital presence and drive engagement across various platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about luxury skincare and social media marketing. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing content strategies that showcase our products and values.

As a remote team member, you will work closely with our creative and eCommerce teams to ensure seamless integration of online and offline marketing efforts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media content calendars to engage audiences and promote brand awareness
  • Manage and grow Cellexia's social media accounts (with a focus on Instagram and Reels)
  • Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to ensure high-quality visuals and content
  • Identify, reach out to, and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators
  • Track influencer deliverables and performance
  • Engage with our online community through comments, DMs, and story interactions
  • Report on engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on data
  • Stay on top of beauty industry trends, competitor activity, and viral formats

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or influencer management (beauty industry experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience using tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.)
  • Knowledge of influencer outreach strategies and UGC collaboration management
  • Aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury and beauty brands
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, organized mindset
  • Familiarity with skincare products and online beauty communities is a major plus
