Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account/Project Manager to support our Europe-based client. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for documenting meetings, assigning tasks, managing Amazon-related workflows, and ensuring seamless project execution.

The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, adaptable, and collaborative, committed to fostering a supportive work environment. You will engage with clients and teams, collaborate across functions, and leverage your expertise to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Amazon Marketplace Expertise: Stay updated on Amazon policies, algorithms, and best practices; improve product visibility, rankings, and sales.
  • Project Management: Coordinate activities, oversee timelines and deliverables, assign tasks effectively, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Client Management: Manage 3-5 clients, build strong relationships, understand client goals, provide updates and performance reports.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Engage with clients and teams, collaborate across functions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, data analysis skills, and tools like Helium10, JungleScout, ZonGuru.
  • Brand Management: Develop strategies for growth, optimize listings, manage PPC campaigns, analyze sales data, and identify expansion opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must-Have:
    • 3-5 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central
    • Experience across Amazon marketplaces
    • Leadership and project management skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and GSuite
    • Advantageous:
      • Experience with task management tools like Slack, Notion, Trello
      • Experience working with an Amazon Agency
