Job Title: Project Officer

Project Officer Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the project development process, ensuring smooth delivery of project services. This includes procurement coordination, documentation management, and administrative support.

Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules, preparing meeting minutes, researching new materials and technologies, receiving and sharing project files, and monitoring tender document completeness.

Additionally, the Project Officer will work closely with other teams to disseminate project information and ensure timely completion of activities according to agreed schedules.

Key Tasks:

  1. Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes
  2. Research and recommend new materials, tools, and technologies
  3. Receive, organize, and share project files and documents
  4. Collaborate with other teams for project information dissemination and input
  5. Monitor tender document completeness
  6. Coordinate issuance of procurement minutes and notices
  7. Consolidate technical evaluation for designers and consultants

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field (Architecture, Engineering, Management)
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in Real Estate
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving
  • Adaptability, flexibility in handling changes and unexpected challenges
  • Strategic planning and complex problem resolution expertise
  • High-level interpersonal skills and integrity
  • Solid team player with strong business acumen
  • Creative and forward-thinking individual with expert Microsoft Office skills
