We are seeking a diligent and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to provide effective assistance with various administrative tasks and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and document management
- Upload and manage new property listings efficiently, utilizing relevant software and tools
- Create and send leases via electronic signature platforms
- Manage email communications, including blasts to clients and leads, in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize industry-standard software, such as Adobe, Excel, and Microsoft 365, to complete daily tasks
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Adobe, Excel, Microsoft 365, and electronic signature platforms
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment, with excellent communication skills
