Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Trainer to join our team at Recruiter PH. As a Process Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training programs to our employees, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in knowledge acquisition and knowledge transfer activities to document and transfer process knowledge to the operations team.
  • Deliver domain-specific training modules and upskilling resources on process.
  • Structure onboarding training requirements, including pre-process and customer visits.
  • Ensure all new employees complete a defined new learning path for their respective roles.
  • Deliver pre-process and process training for new employees.
  • Support new hires during on-the-job training and go-live.
  • Provide refresher and remedial training for existing employees.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain trainee data and information.
  • Generate training materials as needed.
  • Support administrative tasks, such as trainee rostering and scheduling.
  • Create and customize training content for delivery.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to analysts on the floor.
  • Take ownership of performance improvement.
  • Analyze training needs for employees working on the account.
  • Responsible for account-level training metrics.
  • Responsible for adhering to training standardization guidelines.
  • Work with operations to bridge gaps during training.
Certifications and Assessments

Standard Trainer Assessment & Domain Certification
B2 - Domain Process Training Certification

Qualifications
  • College Graduate/Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 2-3 years of end-to-end training experience handling social media content moderation accounts.
  • Strong training delivery experience in a BPO setting.
  • Availability: ASAP joiner is an advantage.
  • Work setup: On-site.
